Response Resources

Alberto Tommasi

Chief Communications Officer

Ladies and gentlemen, we operate in uncharted waters. Whether you’re interacting with uninformed citizens, assisting technicians and researchers, or responding to an internal crisis, knowing the appropriate procedures is absolutely vital to mapping the proper course of action. The only way we keep this ship running in tip-top shape is by being prepared for all the unknowns that we encounter at sea. When you find yourself grasping for flotation devices, don’t rely on Casper’s HRAs. Instead, read-up on procedures and keep yourself abreast of the latest from our Communications office.

Lockdown Procedures

Internal lockdowns are manually triggered events. An internal lockdown secures one (1) or more sectors by restricting access to the Sector Elevator. Employees and staff are sequestered to their respective sectors and/or divisions until the lockdown is lifted. Internal lockdowns are lifted by activating the Directorial Override accessible only in the Maintenance Sector.

External lockdowns completely restrict entrance into the facility and egress from the facility. Such lockdowns are only triggered by a code red containment breach, which is determined by ██████████████████████████████████████████ █████████████████████. ████████████████████████████████ in coordination with the chief acting- Security and Research officers. An external lockdown can be lifted by a high clearance individual once the security threat has been neutralized.

Please refer to your division or office’s specific procedures in the event of internal and external lockdowns. If those procedures are unclear, make your way to the nearest Saferoom and Security staff will provide an “All Clear” announcement once the lockdown has been lifted.
